I realized that I enjoy reading other people's profiles, so I thought I should write a little something about myself, and return the favor.

I work for the local Department of Health & Human Services. I have 3 kids, ages 15, 11 & 2. My husband is a Lieutenant in Fire Service. In my free time if I don't have a book in my hand, chances are we are out getting one of our Jeeps dirty.

My mom got me started down this road, and I've been traveling it ever since... As a kid, my favorites were Nancy Drew, The Hardy Boys, Trixie Belden, Mrs. PiggleWiggle, and The Happy Hollisters. These days I just read whatever grabs my attention. I keep many of the books I read, but I'm running out of room, so this is a great way to "recycle" the ones I don't want to hang onto forever.  

I really enjoy getting my latest "swap" in the mail. Each one is a little surprise I can't wait to unwrap!
